This town includes the ruins of what was once the largest church in Scotland, the oldest university north of the border and a 2-mile beach.
Beyond St Andrews, the eastern extent of Fife is known as the East Neuk. This is a delightful area of coastal Scotland which is famous for seaside villages with picturesque harbours and fantastic seafood, as well as rolling farmland and a benign climate.

KATY KENNEDY
Katy has worked in the property industry for the last 12 years in both the rural and city sectors. Her career began in Edinburgh where she first worked with Ran Morgan at Knight Frank, supporting the sales and purchases of country houses, estates and islands. In 2013 Katy moved to London and worked on high value new build sales along the Thames and then selling best in class properties in Richmond and Barnes. Katy’s experience took her back to Edinburgh where she latterly headed up the North of Edinburgh sales team as an Associate Partner at Knight Frank.
