As landowners and managers ourselves, we understand the multitude of factors that make each landholding unique, along with the specific opportunities and challenges each property may present. For this reason, we assess farms, estates, and forests rigorously —combining detailed on-the-ground inspections with the insight gained from our extensive experience in the sector.

To date, we have purchased nearly 150,000 acres on behalf of clients, including more than 38,000 acres of farmland and 14,000 acres of woodland and forestry.
